    In some cases, the way you’re sitting at work all day, repetitively lifting things, staring downward at your phone and so on, is largely the cause of your pain. We will work with you to help change and address these factors.

      MEDICATION

      Medication can be utilized to manage your pain. We will advise you about which medications might work best and prescribe specialized medication to help treat the pain. We offer a variety of medication options.

      • Over the counter: Tylenol or anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs) such as Aleve, Advil, or Motrin
      • Topical creams and patches: Lidocaine, Voltaren, or Capsaicin
      • Prescription medications: prescription NSAIDs, muscle relaxers, oral steroids, and others

      THERAPIES

      We provide a range of therapies to help treat your pain. These therapies, often done in conjunction with other non-surgical care, can often be quite effective in resolving the pain and returning your quality of life.

      • Personalized physical therapy
      • Acupuncture
      • Chiropractic adjustments
      • Ice pack or moist heat to the affected area for 15-30 minutes at a time
      • Lumbar support brace (used sparingly for comfort as needed)

      INJECTIONS AND ABLATION

      With injections or ablation, the nerves or muscles that are causing the pain can be specifically targeted and eased without surgery. We provide a number of non-surgical injection options that can provide lasting relief for patients.
